Ed is a super salesman. Our house was on the market for one day. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. You feel like you are working with family. He was always in touch and available for our questions and phone calls. It was a very pleasurable experience working with him. We can't thank him enough. After thinking we would have to wait months for the house even to get a bid he had it sold the day it went on the market. Incredible. Highly recommend if you want to sell your home to a professional honest person. He is the man you want. We tell anyone who is selling or buying in PA or NJ to call Ed you will not be disappointed.

I can't recommend Jeremy enough. We were purchasing a house from out of state. Jeremy made it as easy as possible for us from doing live facetime visits for us so we could see the property before coming to town to set us up with local contractors. He has an extensive network of all the people needed to complete the purchase process made the whole process seamless from the mortgage broker to the title company to the inspector which made the whole process seamless.
Purchasing this house with Jeremy was the most remarkable experience. He got to know us well and understand what we wanted. He then continually kept in contact with us - with zero pressure. When we decided we found the house we wanted to purchase (and only because he knew the house was going up for sale before it went on the market), he was proactive in addressing our needs and incredibly responsive to our questions.
